Thank you for choosing Dani's Karma. Please review the following policies carefully before purchasing a product or booking a service. By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms below.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES FINAL
No Returns or Exchanges: All product sales are final. Dani's Karma does not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds once an order has been purchased, except in cases involving a defective or damaged item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Dani's Karma within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Sale & Clearance Items: All items marked Sale or Clearance are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Buyer Responsibility: Please verify the correct item, size, quantity, shipping information, and other order details before completing your purchase.

REGULAR READING — CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent another client from booking that time.
More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee.
Between 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 1 hour before your appointment: A 100% cancellation fee applies.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without proper notice is considered a no-show. A 100% fee applies. No-shows are not eligible for complimentary rescheduling, and a new appointment and payment will be required.

PRIORITY READING POLICY
Priority Readings are request-only appointments designed for clients seeking expedited or same-day availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment.
Approval & Payment: Once your Priority Reading request is accepted, full payment is required to secure the approved appointment time. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Because Priority Readings require special scheduling accommodations and reserved expedited availability, all payments are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must contact Dani's Karma at least 30 minutes before your confirmed appointment time. One reschedule may be permitted, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 30 minutes before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your confirmed Priority Reading without proper notice is considered a no-show. The full payment will be forfeited, and the appointment will not be eligible for complimentary rescheduling.
A new appointment and full payment will be required to book another Priority Reading.

EXCEPTIONS

Dani's Karma understands that extraordinary circumstances may occur. Any exception to these policies is made solely at Dani's Karma's discretion and is not guaranteed.
By purchasing a product, booking an appointment, or submitting payment for an approved Priority Reading, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies above.
