Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Before Your Appointment Live Readings: Please select your preferred session format (Phone Call or Video Call) and provide the requested contact information on the booking form. Pre-Recorded Readings: Please include your questions or topics on the booking form so I can prepare your personalized reading. Cancellation & No-Show Policy (PLEASE READ) Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent another client from booking that time, the following cancellation policy applies: More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule at no additional charge. Less than 24 hours, but more than 1 hour before your appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. Less than 1 hour before your appointment: A 100% cancellation fee will apply. No-Show: A 100% fee will apply. No-shows are not eligible for complimentary rescheduling. A new appointment and payment will be required to book again. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy and authorize the applicable fee to be charged to the payment method on file. I understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be made at Dani's Karma's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
