Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. Before Your Appointment Live Readings: Please select your preferred session format (Phone Call or Video Call) and provide the requested contact information on the booking form. Pre-Recorded Readings: Please include your questions or topics on the booking form so I can prepare your personalized reading. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment, missed appointments, or no-shows. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided for all live readings. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at Dani's Karma's discretion. Thank you for choosing Dani's Karma!
