Cancellation Policy

Booking Requests Priority appointments are available by request and require approval before being confirmed. Due to the limited nature of these appointments, submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Payment Payment is due within 1 hour of your booking request being approved. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your appointment request may be canceled and the time slot may be released to another client. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than one hour's notice, missed appointments, and no-shows are non-refundable. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided for all live readings. If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in your session being shortened or rescheduled at Dani's Karma's discretion. Priority Services Priority appointments are designed for clients seeking expedited scheduling outside of my standard booking availability. These appointments are limited, reviewed individually, and approved based on schedule availability. Thank you for choosing Dani's Karma.
